Payments are to be made directly to the engineer by BACS, Card, or Cash upon completion of work(s), so paying could not be easier!

We aim to have the boiler installed in 1 day so our customers have heating and hot water. Upon quotation, we will be able to advise how long the installation will take.

Gas boilers need to be serviced annually by a Gas-Safe registered heating engineer. Having your boiler serviced every year will give you peace of mind that your appliance is operating safely and efficiently. You will also be able to save money, as there will be a reduced risk of future breakdowns. Many companies require you to have your boiler serviced annually to keep the warranty valid. Our Gas-Safe registered heating engineers are competent in carrying out high-quality services on all domestic boilers.

A gas boiler service normally takes between 30 minutes – 1 hour, depending on how long since the last service.

No, we don’t charge an hourly rate. We understand many companies do charge an initial call-out fee, and then charge from the moment they start work, but we do not! We only charge from the moment we start work at your property!

No matter what type of boiler your household has, our team of expert engineers can quickly diagnose and repair your boiler. No matter which brand, using quality components and parts, or if more cost-effective, we will advise replacing your boiler—saving you money in the long run. All work is covered with a minimum 1-year labour and parts guarantee.

We will advise on the boiler that would be best suited to your heating system/property. However, we have extended warranties with Vaillant boilers, meaning every Vaillant boiler installed by us comes with a minimum guarantee of 10-12 years on parts and labour!

Once you receive your quotation, it’s your choice if you wish to accept. If you choose to go ahead, an acceptance form will need to be signed, and then a time/date will be arranged at your convenience. No job will be carried out until a quotation has been sent and accepted!
